Answer: I would say it is definitely too small for a 6 year old. I got it for my 2 year old grandson and it was the perfect size for him. He loves it and it holds up to a beating from a toddler. But, if he were much bigger, I would go with a bigger set. -

Answer: Yes. I bought it for a 4-year-old who is just over 3', and it was the perfect size for him. -

Answer: This is very small good for a two year old! Around 18 inches. It fell apart the first hour. Still one month later and waiting for my credit from them. -

Answer: They need to be assembled. They are not very sturdy. Grandson blew through them, he is very hard on toys. -
