However, it is not recommended for use over a whole vehicle or pan. The shelf life of the clearcoat is relatively long if kept close, but the activator for the clearcoat does not have much shelf life. The clearcoat needs activator and cannot self-dry. The product flows out well and levels out nicely if used with a slow reducer. The clearcoat dries quickly and is ideal for painting in non-professional settings. However, it can cause orange peel and dust particles if you do not have a spray booth.
