Answer: It all depends on how tight you like your clothing. I prefer to wear my thermals underneath these, and then I pull light sweats over the impact shorts. And then I wear my snow pants as my final outer layer. So I would say yes you can but you’ll need to find the right brand, knit and size of thermals. -
