Answer: The cable is about 5-6 feet in length. -

I can't find a key. Is it normal? Only USB can open it?
Answer: The one I purchased came with a key. It allows you to open the drawer, set it to open with USB, or lock it so USB won't open it. If you can't find it, contact the seller. -

Can I buy a new cord for this? It only opens manually now.
Answer: Not sure if you can buy one from the manufacturer but it's a standard USB cable with wires broken out inside so you might be able to get one from elsewhere. -

How much power/voltage does it use? Need info when at locations with no electricity & need power pack.
Answer: The drawer is powered entirely by USB, so no additional power is needed. -

I use the heckler metal case & insert a square reader (no square stand) on my ipad 2. Can I use this cash drawer? Does it just connect to my ipad 2?
Answer: No, you cannot connect it to an iPad 2 directly as it does not have a USB port. This cash drawer requires a USB port to connect.
