Question: Hot water is causing leaking. Can not find the part to fix. Any suggestions? Faucet is only ONE year old. Seems like a manufacturers error.

Answer: We have had 3 out of 4 of these drains leak. Our plumber and contractor can not even find a way to stop the leak. I will probably need to buy 2 new drains locally.

Question: Please let me know how to remove handle from the faucets. No set screw, they do not seem to be threaded, I tried prying gently against the base-help?!

Answer: There is a cap on each handle. It does not look like a cap, but it is. Unscrew the cap and you will find a screw that holds the handle on.

Question: Does anyone have a diagram of how to install the drain so it does not leak? Diagram provided with product doesn't make sense. Resulted in a leak.
