Is the extruder compatible with Creality/Ender 3D printers?
Answer: Yes, it is compatible with Creality/Ender 5/Ender 5 Pro/CR10/CR10 Pro. -

What filament types can be used with this extruder?
Answer: It is suitable for both 1.75mm solid and flexible filaments like PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU. -

Does the kit come with a motor bracket?
Answer: Yes, the packing list includes 1x BMG Extruder Kit and 1x Motor Bracket. -
Question:
What adjustment do i need to make to make this extrude the same length as the original extruder?
Answer: Connect to printer using Pronterface. Mark filament 100 and 120 mm from set point. Heat extruder to target temperature. Issue command M83. This sets extruder to relative. Issue command G92 E0. This sets extruder to 0. Issue command G1 E100 F100. This extrudes 100 mm of filament in 1 minute. Measure actual filament extruded. Divide 100 mm (Filament commanded) by actual filament extruded. ex. 100/105. Multiply this number by current steps/mm for extruder. Ex. (if current e step is 93) 100/105 x 93 = 88.57. 88.57 is the new e step number. If you are able to enter stepper values at the control panel, enter this number at control panel into e step value and store settings, or using Pronterface issue M92 Exx.xx Issue M500 command to store values. Issue M503 to verify values are stored. Run test again to verify. -
