Has anyone tried this while doing squats?
Answer: Yeah it’s easy. I tried doing it whilst doing bench press and poured it over my face though, watch out! -

I cannot find a list of ingredients anywhere, can someone advise?
Answer: It contains: undenatured whey protein concentrate 82x (milk, soya lecithin). Flavouring (vanilla), xanthan gum, colouring (beta carotene), sweetener (sucralose), soya lecithin. Copied this from the back of the pack. Hope it helps. -

How many servings are there?
Answer: A scoop is pretty much bang on 25g, not 30g. -

Does the 2.5 kg one come in a tub or a bag?
Answer: It comes in a bag. -

Does the unflavored one contain any artificial sweeteners?
Answer: To confirm there are no artificial sweeteners in our unflavored product. -

Is this low in sugar?
Answer: Our product only contains naturally occurring sugar from the milk and we only use the sweetener (low calorie) to provide the sweet aspect of the flavor. -

Could you use this protein powder to mix with other ingredients to make protein bars? Have you tried doing this?
Answer: I made some protein muffins with the strawberry and they were quite nice! Calculated at 12.5g of protein per muffin! -

What sweetener is used?
Answer: It's 2.3g per serving. I have increased mixing it with 300ml of water. -
Question:
What levels of tyramine are in this product?
Answer: I can't see any mention of that in the ingredients, just normal nutrition levels. -
Question:
Does this contain enough BCAA + glutamine to avoid buying separate?
Answer: That's a very personal issue linked to your aims and metabolism and depends on which specific levels and amounts are optimal for you.
