The 12" Mercenary Custom Ape Hanger Handlebars are an excellent addition to any Indian Scout Bobber. These handlebars are high quality and come with everything you need to install them. The rise is measured from the base of the bar going straight up level to the hand controls, so a 10" rise is to your hands. With a 10" rise on a standard scout the stock cables will work, but on a scout bobber you will need a plus 2 brake line and clutch, which you can get from Indian. Anything taller than 10", most people are getting custom lines from Russell brake lines, Galfer, and Barnett, and wire extensions from Namz.
