It is possible to add a rotisserie only on higher models. Materials used in the Construction of the Pizzaioli are of high quality, handmade bricks with triple insulation. This oven requires ventilation if it is placed indoors. While the oven can weigh up to 1000 lbs, it is very well insulated and on shorter burns, the outside will remain cool. The oven is Constructed very well and has not shown any cracks to date. It’s an intimidating purchase, but once delivered, with proper equipment and contractor help, it is easy to install. The oven has been a great hit with customers, the quality is top tier and the oven performs well - serving up crispy and delicious pizzas. However, one reviewer commented that cracks appeared after their first time using the oven. Customer service was deemed to be excellent by the majority of those who purchased the Pizzaioli.
