Made to fit 1-1/4" size PVC pipe, the caps accommodate stem casters, grip-ring stem, or threaded casters with at least 1-1/2" long stem. The caps have an insertion depth of 1.030" and a hole diameter of 0.438". However, some customers noted that the caster point tolerances are a little loose and may not be strong enough to withstand Constant directional force or continued use. One customer also experienced the center breaking out of all the caster holders after less than six months of use, causing the wheel stem to fall through. Another customer complained of false advertising, saying that the caster caps do not accept a threaded caster as indicated in the description. Despite these issues, many customers had a positive experience with these caster caps.
