Designed for speed and deep bass, the lightweight, rigid, alpha cellulose cones are bonded to the surround using high temperature adhesive. The braided tinsel leads are conductive yet flexible, ensuring optimal performance. The pure copper voice coil creates a strong magnetic field with a thin extrusion, while the Kapton lightweight voice coil former efficiently dissipates heat. The speakers also feature an epoxy-infused natural fiber that allows both flexibility and strength.
The overcoil cooling system exchanges air over the voice coil to prevent overheating.
