Nutritionist's Take
The TheraPutty Standard Exercise Putty is primarily designed for rehabilitation and strengthening exercises rather than direct nutritional benefits. It is popular among physical therapists and occupational therapists for its effectiveness in hand therapy and improving grip strength. However, it doesn't contain nutritional ingredients, so it lacks vitamins or minerals that would benefit one's diet. Potential drawbacks include the risk of misuse if people attempt to use it without proper guidance, which could lead to strain or injury. It is suitable for various dietary needs as it contains no food products; its primary function is as a physical therapy tool for muscular strength and dexterity. Overall, while it contributes to physical health, it's not a nutritional product and should be used with appropriate professional advice.
