Overall, customers are pleased with the performance of the LUKO 14000 BTU air conditioner, which successfully cools down rooms despite extreme heat. Purchasers report that the unit is easy to install, use and move around whilst also having a reliable temperature control. One user was impressed by the unit’s ability to keep the master bedroom cool during a power outage caused by Hurricane Ida, and another was happy at its capacity to cool down a 500 square foot room adequately. The unit appears sturdy and built-to-last based on a three-week performance, and the remote control is appreciated although the unit could be more user-friendly. The only downside is that the unit needs to be vented to a window and the built-in dehumidifier requires regular tank drainage. Despite this, overall, the LUKO air conditioner is seen as a really good product at a fair price.
