Answer: Iodex MS has the same antiseptic properties as regular Iodex. However, the addition of Methyl Salicylate allows Iodex MS to be used as a rub for sore muscles and as a decongestant when applied to the chest. Both Iodex and Iodex MS can be used to disinfect minor cuts and scrapes.
