This printer is versatile and can be used for printing fine art, canvas, letter-sized paper and vinyl that is compatible with aqueous inks. However, it is said to suit short term outdoor or indoor use only. It uses water-based inks and not eco-solvent inks. The printer can print on roll or sheet paper. The letter paper is good for nozzle checks on the printer but only one sheet can be loaded at a time. The printer can't be used for sublimation inks due to the ink transportation method. Ink is included in the package and consists of 330mls. Customers who used this printer appreciated the amount of ink included, and the versatility to print both roll and sheet paper. Some clients noted that it produces high-quality prints suitable for fine art and canvas prints. However, a limitation was noted that the water-based inks were not suitable for long-term use or outdoor signage. It was suggested that eco-solvent printers would be a better option for this application. Some customers had concerns about the transportation of ink in the printer and how this affects its performance. The customer care team was available to provide more information on customer concerns.
