A third customer purchased this product to test its negative comments and found it affordable and easy to install, but the first filter fell off after turning on the water. The customer managed to fit the filter properly in their big bathroom and noticed an improvement in water quality. However, a customer who intended for it to fit their normal apartment kitchen sink was highly disappointed that it didn't fit at all.
