Berryman Products 0120 B-12 CHEMTOOL Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner is highly effective in removing grime, degreasing and varnish. It dissolves gas/oil varnish in internal combustion gas engines. However, for cleaning the gunk out, one may need to open up the engine to gain access to the internal parts. This solvent can be sprayed on metal aluminum copper, but it should not get on rubber, plastic, vinyl, or paint. The product can be used in gas tanks, with one bottle added after every 5000 miles with a full tank of fuel, to keep the fuel system clean. This cleaner can also be used in cleaning off carbon buildup around an exhaust flange.
