While not effective in soundproofing a room, these panels can help reduce reflected sound. Double-sided tape or screws can be used to hang them, but screws will leave holes on the wall surface. The panels take a while to expand after being compressed during shipping. However, some of the panels cannot expand well; therefore, the product doesn't meet users’ expectations. Some customers complained about the chemical smell, lightweight, low density, and faded color of the panels, the horrible value for money, and the fact that the panels are rubbish. Although some of the reviews are negative, the product has one positive review, which confirms that the panels reduced the sound by 70-80% or more, and the user had to purchase more panels for windows afterward.
