It is also designed to hold a canvas that is 1 & 3/8 inches wide, ensuring that it can accommodate most standard canvases. One of the best things about this easel is its portability. It is lightweight and can be folded up for travel, making it ideal for artists who work on location or need to transport their materials. When standing, the easel measures almost 13 inches deep and has great rubber feet pads to prevent it from slipping. Setting up this easel is also a breeze as it comes fully assembled and is easy to use and store. It is well-made, sturdy and not flimsy making it a great value for money. One potential downside is that getting the canvas secured on the easel can be a bit tricky for some customers. Another issue may be that the split in the middle of the bottom ledge where the workpiece is could fold up with card stock. Additionally, some customers have reported that the hinge at the bottom is misaligned, resulting in an unstable easel.
