It suits colored pencils like brands of Prismacolor Premier, Derwent watercolor, Faber-castell, ARTEZA, Caran d'Ache Luminance, #2 pencils, normal Charcoal/Graphic/Drewing/Sketching pencils, etc. It is not recommended to sharpen soft Charcoal and soft Pastel colored pencils as they are too soft and will jam easier. Users can contact the support team for replacement power cords or any questions.
