- 48-Inch Manual Box and Pan Brake: W-4812 is a floor-model metal finger brake for forming boxes, pans, channels, trays, brackets, enclosures, HVAC ductwork, cabinet parts, and straight bends.
- 12 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity: Bends up to 12 gauge / 2.5 mm mild steel across the 48 in working length with a 0-135 degree bend range for common sheet metal forming jobs.
- Deep Box Forming with 9 Hardened Fingers: The 5.51 in / 140 mm box depth and interchangeable case-hardened finger segments help set up different bend widths for boxes, pans, trays, and custom parts.
- Counterweights and Stop Rod for Shop Work: Dual counterweight assemblies help reduce manual bending effort, while the included stop rod supports repeat bends during small-batch fabrication.
- Heavy Welded Floor-Model Construction: Fully welded steel frame, adjustable trusses, bronze bushings, removable apron inserts, adjustable clamping/nose bars, and 1089 lb net weight support heavier shop use.
