It has a 10L storage capacity including the 2L hydration bladder with an insulated cooler bag that can keep water cool for up to 5 hours. It also has several other useful compartments. The water bladder is BPA and taste-free, made from TPU material. Cleaning instructions are included, and hot water should not be used as it may damage the bladder. Users are advised to open the valve at the end of the hose to allow the flow of water, and the slit in the mouthpiece may need to be squeezed hard several times to open up. A 4L bladder is too big for the cooler bag and the backpack. Some users have reported issues with the lid being difficult to screw on the water reservoir, causing leakage. However, the overall experience is positive, and the product is worth the price.
