The product allows you to block any number up to 8 digits long and up to 5 numbers. It works with VOIP phone lines and comes with an RJ11 patch cord which is about 3 feet long. You program the device using the keypad of your phone and the manual has a detailed explanation of how to do this. When a call is blocked, the caller hears a busy tone.
