Duravit One-Piece Toilets 2120010001 Editorial Review
### Editorial Review The customer experience surrounding this toilet model appears to be overwhelmingly negative. Users have reported multiple issues with the product's functionality, particularly its flushing capabilities. Many customers expressed frustration with the toilet getting "stuck" during flushing, often due to a cheap chain mechanism inside the tank that tends to twist and malfunction. This not only leads to water wastage but also has left users disillusioned, as they expected a much higher quality from a newly purchased toilet. Additional setbacks include a subpar finish that detracts from the overall appeal and reports of the float getting stuck, further complicating the flushing process. The need for frequent cleaning post-use has been a common complaint, with one user noting that this toilet requires brushing after every use—a sign of a poorly designed flushing system. Moreover, some reviews pointed to a lack of clarity in product descriptions, which left customers underprepared for additional purchases, such as the toilet seat that is not included with the toilet itself. Overall, the Consensus among customers is to avoid this product due to its reliability issues and poor performance. #### Pros and Cons **
