Question:
I’ve installed mine, but cannot get the thermostat to function. Assuming I need to ground it… can I drill a shallow hole in it ?
Answer: It sounds like you used Teflon tape on the threads. If so you need to back out the sensor and make sure at least 1/2 of the threads are exposed to ground to the housing. Some tape is ok but don’t cover all the threads. Good luck! -
