United States Government Coin Sets Editorial Review
The 1982 United States Proof Set is a rare and valuable collection for coin enthusiasts. All coins in the set have an "S" mint mark, indicating that they were minted in San Francisco and thus highly collectible. This set is pre-owned but comes directly from the US Mint, and the seller mentions that none of the sets they have come with a certificate of authenticity. While there are a few queries about the authenticity of the coins and availability of other sets, the seller is upfront with their lack of knowledge on some issues. Unfortunately, the set received has scratches and damage to the plastic case, leaving one disappointed. On the other hand, many reviewers found their set to be in excellent condition and highly recommend purchasing.
