The actual product looks even better than in pictures and exudes a sense of luxury. The sound quality is exceptional, with clear, high-resolution audio that fills the room. The highlight of the speaker is the high-frequency range, which surpasses its competitors such as Devialet or Cabasse. However, despite being in its third generation, this speaker experiences several technical issues. The proximity sensor malfunctions, causing the control panel on the device to turn on and off intermittently, even when the user is several meters away from it. This can be a disconcerting experience, especially in a dark room. Additionally, the Spotify Connect function often fails to work, even though it shows music playing on the Beosound 2 in both the Spotify app and the B&O app. The problem is only resolved after restarting the device. These technical problems are disappointing, given the high price of the product. It is worth noting that this is the third out of four tested B&O products that have encountered technical issues during the testing phase. The Beosound A1 drained its battery within a few days while turned off, and the Beosound Stage completely stopped functioning after 1-2 weeks. Only the Beoplay M5 performed well without any technical problems, although it had excessive bass in certain music genres.
