Opticron Binoculars 30768 Editorial Review
The Opticron Oregon 4 PC Oasis 8x32 Binocular is a great choice for beginning birders or anyone looking for a quality binocular at a fair price. It offers a good, clear picture and is easy to focus. The binoculars are recommended by Cornell Ornithology magazine, which adds to their credibility. One reviewer mentioned that they took the binoculars on a week-long family trip and were impressed with their performance. They even had the opportunity to spot California condors, further highlighting the quality of the binoculars. However, there are a couple of issues that have been mentioned by buyers. Firstly, the strap that comes with the binoculars is flimsy and tends to come out of the buckle, causing the binoculars to drop. Some customers have had to sew the strap themselves to prevent this from happening. Secondly, the binoculars are described as fixed focus, but they are actually center focus. While this may not be a problem for most users, it would be helpful if the product description was corrected. Overall, the Opticron Oregon 4 PC Oasis 8x32 Binocular offers good value for the price with a clear picture and easy focus. It is highly recommended by birders and provides an excellent field of view.
