SQL For Beginners: A Step-By-Step Guide to SQL Programming for the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced User (Including Projects and Exercises)

**** The book "SQL For Beginners: A Step-By-Step Guide to SQL Programming for the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced User" aims to cater to a wide audience, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced learners. However, the reception reveals a disconnect between the book's promises and its execution. Users have found some utility in specific areas, such as improving their skills with stored procedures, highlighting that the content can indeed provide value for those who are somewhat familiar with SQL. However, numerous shortcomings compromise the overall learning experience. Many reviewers have pointed out issues with the readability of tables and text, citing poor printing quality and unclear pages that hinder comprehension. Additionally, there are complaints regarding the structure and language used throughout the book, which some have described as rough and lacking coherence. A significant concern raised is the inadequate foundational material for beginners, which is surprising given the book's title. Readers expected a more structured introductory approach to SQL rather than jumping into concepts that might confuse novices. The absence of downloadable resources or a practice database also detracts from the learning experience, particularly for intermediate users who could have found such tools beneficial. Overall, while "SQL For Beginners" has the potential to be a helpful resource for SQL learners, its implementation falls short in readability, clarity, and accessibility for those truly new to the program. **
