Farbetter Alloy Stick-On Guides WC-Clips provide a solution for both hydraulic brake and derailleur shift cables on your road bike. The guides are well-made, thin and malleable to work to your advantage if the bar on the bike is almost flat. The aluminum base can be formed to the shape of the surface. The clips stick well with a strong hold only if you clean the area with alcohol first. However, some customers had trouble with the adhesive, and they had to resort to other options such as nylon zip ties. Some found them too big for normal brake/shifter cables, and the guides wouldn't stick to their painted frame. One customer spent an additional seven dollars for Gorilla mounting tape to complete the project.
