This Large Manual Rotary Cheese Grater has a wider hopper and three interchangeable blades, including a drum slicer, a julienne grinder, and a round mandolin. It works best for harder cheeses and vegetables, rather than softer cheeses like Colby Jack. It has a good suction and is relatively easy to use, taking only 30 seconds to shred a 16-ounce block of cheese. The slicer blades can be a bit thin and it can be challenging to grate ginger and turmeric on the rotary grater, so a small food processor is recommended for these foods. It is not BPA-free. While it can be a bit difficult to keep in place while in use, it comes with good customer service and a replacement handle is provided if lost or damaged.
