Customers rave about its ability to keep drinks icy cold for extended periods, often exceeding 12 hours. Many customers have reported a noticeable improvement in their hydration habits, thanks to the convenience of having chilled water available throughout the day. Moreover, the tumbler's design is well-received, as it is portable and easy to carry, making it an ideal companion for those on the go. Users also appreciate its functionality; with the capability to hold more than the advertised 20 ounces, it offers substantial capacity for all types of beverages. The tumbler is easy to clean, contributing to an overall positive user experience, though there are minor caveats regarding the straw.
