Answer: The TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt comes with a 10-year limited warranty. -

What is the size of the packaging box that the mattress comes in?
Answer: It is about 5 inches longer and 3 inches wider than the mattress dimensions itself. The mattress comes fully encased in plastic as well. It does not come rolled up like a bed it a box. It is delivered via freight and dropped inside at the front door or whichever door you specified when scheduling the delivery. -
Question:
Is there a trial period for the mattress?
Answer: It depends on who you buy from. A licensed Tempur-pedic dealer will give you 90 days to try the bed, as we are required to by Tempur-pedic. I will advise to give ANY new bed you try a good 60 days for you to get used to it. Nothing is going to feel great the first 15-30 days, you have to break it in, and get used to it as well. Use as much of the trail period as you can without going over before making a decision.
