Question:
How does this freeze food? Can I carry ice cream or frozen food?
Answer: You can't freeze food in it, it's for keeping items cool or frozen for a period of time but you will need to put some freezer blocks in as well. I put a couple of large freezer blocks in and packed mine with frozen food to take on a self catering holiday, everything was still frozen after a 2 and a half hour car journey (on a very hot day). I'm not sure how long it would keep ice cream frozen for though. -
