Answer: I would think it would help, it's great in the kitchen for smells etc. haven't tried it myself for smoke as we don't. -

Can this be used on soft toys? Teddies, etc.
Answer: I would imagine so. I use it around the house on bedding and carpets and it has not proved a problem. We have used it for a number of years. -

Can this product be used on carpets and mattress?
Answer: I used it everywhere! It takes a while to dry though and smells very strong so I would spray the mattress and leave to breathe in a closed room with windows open overnight before putting sheets etc. on. When I did my sofas we couldn't use that room that day or night as it smells so strong but after that it was fine. I also bought allergen humidifiers at the same time so I'm unsure which helped the most. -

How often does everyone spray this on sofas and pet beds etc.?
Answer: Once a month for dust mite and pets or once or twice a week for mold spores - 1 spray per square meter. -
Question:
Is this fragrance-free?
Answer: Not when I had it. It had a menthol/eucalyptus smell. -
Question:
Are you supposed to hoover after applying?
Answer: This is applied/sprayed to surfaces fabrics, carpets, pillows etc. It is the green room spray that you spray in the air and then vacuum later. -
Question:
Will one bottle be enough for an all over carpet spray of a one bed flat? (Only need to use it once for an end of tenancy)
Answer: Yes, I would say definitely enough. On soft furnishings like curtains, carpets, mattresses use 1 spray per 4 meter square. It's a very good product. I have used it for years. I hope that helps.
